Returns and Shipping
Return Policy:
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All of our products are unique and only printed once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported except in cases of damaged product or manufacturing error.
If this is the case, please get in touch with our team at mindfulchic@outlook.com within 15 days of product delivery. Please be prepared to provide a clear photo showing the issue. Please note that Mindful Chic Designs will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the wrong color or size was ordered. In cases of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping:
You have the flexibility to choose between several shipping options for your products. Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping method, product type, and delivery destination. Please note that the shipping cost is not included in the product price. Tracking information will be sent to you via email once it becomes available - the order status will change to "Ready to Ship." Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. If no tracking information has been provided after that, please contact a member of our team and we will look into it for you.
